Zebra P100i, P110m, P110i and P120i now supports Windows Vista

The Zebra Value class card printers – P100i, P110m, P110i and P120i – are now Windows Vista certified. A new driver, which supports 32-bit, along with a new firmware version, supports all Value class models.

The driver and firmware will begin shipping on printers in the mid-March timeframe. This driver supports Windows® 2000, Windows XP, Windows Server® 2003, and Windows Vista®. The driver and firmware can also be downloaded, at shipping time, from our Web site at http://www.zebracard.com/id/card/na/en/index/drivers_downloads_main.html.

The new downloads also provide a print speed increase using an Ethernet connection on the P110i/P120i printers, with an average print speed of 35 cph (click-to-drop measurement) for single-sided full colour printing. The new firmware supports a 180-degree text rotation option.

Important Note: Download and install both the new driver and firmware. Upgrade the new firmware first, and then install the driver. The new driver is not compatible with previous firmware versions.
