Workaround for issue with Star printer driver on Windows XP SP3

There is a known issue when using the Line Mode Driver 20071115 and Raster Mode Driver 20070328.

When using the “Automated Printer Install” function within these driver packages, some customers get a “Your printer cannot be installed…” message.

There are plans to fix this problem in the future, however in the meantime use the “Extract files for installation…” function to place the printer files somewhere on your computer, then use the Windows "Add Printer Wizard” to add a printer using the drivers which were extracted.
