Infocare Service A/S appointed Service Provider for TallyGenicom

TallyGenicom is very pleased to announce that Infocare Service A/S has been appointed ASP status as the Service Provider to provide service and support for TallyGenicom printers and accessories in Denmark. The appointment commenced on 1 June, 2007 and the contract runs for a minimum period of 18 months. Many of you will be familiar with Infocare as they are also the current service provider for our brand in Sweden and Finland.

We have put a great deal of effort into appointing a service provider with the experience and resources compatible with our requirements. The role of the Service Provider is twofold. The first and prime task is to take over the break/fix requirements of our users. The second task is to tender optional service products such as extended warranties, working closely with our distribution network.
