New software PK for keyboard remapping

A simple command-line tool that can simulate any user keystroke. This can be useful both for having any key/key-sequence not present on a keyboard and for controlling an application in an automatic way. Two PK versions have been released: one for WinCE5.0 (NewJet/Skorpio) Platforms and one for WinCE4.2 ones (Jet/Kyman).
