Intermec CK3B New Keypad Option - Ready for Orders

To enhance the versatility and capabilities of the CK3 Series mobile computer, a new 28-key numeric keypad option is now available and orderable.
In retail environments, the physical size and weight of the CK3 play a vital role when meeting the needs of a demographically diverse population of users. With the addition of the large 28-key numeric keypad, the CK3 is even better equipped to support applications that require large numeric keys for occasional data entry. Early evaluations by customers that have used the Intermec 700 Series and CN2B models have found this new keypad option as an ideal migration offering. In addition, it provides a very capable response to similar competitive keypad layouts.

As most retail, in-store applications are Browser based, the 28-key numeric keypad is not offered or compatible with Intermecs ITE application.

Ordering the CK3B with 28-key numeric

The 28-key number keypad configurations are indicated by a "3" in the fifth position of the configuration number (CK3B3...). The table below lists all available 28 key configurations currently orderable. List pricing for the option is the same as current non-ITE configurations. This option is currently orderable but will not formally appear in the EMEA Price Guide until Q1, 2010.
