Honeywell MS5145, MS952X, MS954X USB o KBW Scanners upgraded

Historically, the low speed USB (-38) and keyboard wedge (-47) models of the MS5145 Eclipse and MS9520/40 Voyager Series included a limited set of +/- 12V RS232 signals as a secondary interface. With the vast majority of PCs and laptops supporting +5V TTL RS232 signals,

Honeywell has replaced the +/- 12V signal level on the secondary RS232 interface on the scanners with the +5V TTL level.

The (-38) and (-47) scanners manufactured on or after October 10, 2009 will automatically contain the new interface boards with +5V TTL-level RS232 secondary interface.
