Datalogic Mobile has enhanced their Maintenance Contract programs for 2009 with exciting new benefits at a cost effective price. Along with the new deliverables, Datalogic Mobile now offers 5 year contracts in addition to the 3 year contract at the time of product sales.

Now available in Europe.

The Ease of Care Overnight Replacement Comprehensive is a new program which includes:

• Next-day product replacement
• Datalogic owned spares; no “extra” units to buy
• Datalogic pays all shipping (*)
• Normal wear and tear, component and parts failures, and incidental damage are all covered
• Coverage for damaged battery doors, tethered stylus, hand straps and screen protectors
• Strict conformance using factory parts and procedures
• Wavelink Terminal Emulation and Avalanche software maintenance
• Durations: 3 year, 5 year and 1 year continuous coverage
• Requires a minimum purchase of coverage for 20 units per model type and configuration

The Ease of Care 2-Day Comprehensive program now includes coverage for damaged battery doors, tethered stylus, hand straps and screen protectors and for our European customers, the repair turn time is improved. This program provides:
• 2 business day repair turnaround
• Freight paid both ways (Express shipping Europe)(*)
• Normal wear and tear, component and parts failures, and incidental damage are all covered
• Repair to factory operational standards
• Strict conformance using factory parts and procedures
• Wavelink Terminal Emulation and Avalanche software maintenance
• Durations: 3 year, 5 year and 1 year continuous coverage

The Ease of Care 5-Day program has been enhanced to add shipping in both directions.

This program includes:
• 5 business day repair turnaround
• Datalogic pays for inbound and outbound shipping (Express in Europe) (*)
• Repair to factory operational standards
• Strict conformance using factory parts and procedures
• Wavelink Terminal Emulation and Avalanche software maintenance
• Durations: 3 year, 5 year, 1 year continuous coverage or 1 year non-continuous
