Discount on Updates from BarTender Versions 7.0 & 7.1 end 31 dec.

December 31st is more than just the end of 2008 -- it is also the very last day that owners of BarTender versions 7.0 and 7.1 can still receive a discount when upgrading to the latest version of BarTender (currently 9.01).

BarTender version 7.0 first shipped in September 2002 and BarTender 7.1 stopped shipping in September 2004. That means that the 25% discount that remains for these upgrades is for software that is between 4 and 6 years old! (Most companies usually only offer upgrade discounts for two to three years.)
